Defective Items

Contact us at madam@ravensrestraint.com with a photo/video of the issue and your order number. We'll replace it in your next order or issue store credit—your choice. Mention the replacement in your order notes.

Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We only replace defective or incorrect items for health and safety reasons.
