Return & Exchange Policy

At Raven’s Restraint, your safety and satisfaction are our top priority. Due to the intimate and personal nature of the products we sell, our return policy is necessarily strict to protect the health and well‑being of our customers and to comply with our suppliers’ terms.

**Return Authorization Required**
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization and a Raven’s Restraint Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact our support team at support@ravensrestraint.com within 7 days of receipt if an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item. Claims received after 7 days cannot be processed. Keep the original shipping box and packaging until your claim is resolved as carriers may require inspection.

**Non‑Returnable Items**
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

- Items that have been opened, used, or show any signs of wear.
- Products with damaged or non‑original packaging.
- Lingerie, clothing, costumes, or latex products.
- Testers or display models.
- Products missing any component, accessory, or piece included in the original packaging.
- Items not in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- Items with expiration dates (e.g. personal lubricants, topical products, contraceptives, edible items).

**Defective Merchandise**
If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same item or issue store credit once your return is authorized and the defect is confirmed. Photo evidence may be required to process defective claims.

**Return Shipping**
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

**No Refunds on Opened Merchandise**
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used.

By placing an order with Raven’s Restraint, you agree to this Return & Exchange Policy. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
